Referral Procedures: Referrals are received from the South Central Judicial District and Bismarck-Mandan Drug Court
Program Fees: Adult offenders are charged $45.00 every month their case is open regardless if any hours done. Community Service Transfers are charged a $25.00 fee and probation offender's working off supervision are charged $25.00 every three months.
